Building a better tomorrow, today.

Innotex companies weave sustainability into their planning and operations. Our brands’ approach addresses both product offerings to the marketplace and the internal programs each implements to enhance environmental, social, and governance practices. This dual focus helps each brand drive sustainability both externally and internally.

The Four-Step Sustainability Framework

1

Stakeholder Feedback

Gather the sustainability issues that matter most to stakeholders. Surveys, interviews, town halls, tracking regulations, supply chain requests, benchmarking, investor feedback, and engaging with community needs are all sources that help brands identify issues important to stakeholders.

2

Prioritize Issues

Prioritize the sustainability issues gathered from stakeholder feedback, focusing on those most important to both stakeholders and the business. This is an ongoing process for brands.

3

Take Authentic Action

Implement authentic actions to address the prioritized issues identified in the previous step. These actions will differ for each brand, with an emphasis on executing them well, rather than attempting multiple actions with less authenticity.

4

Communicate Progress

Communicate progress on actions taken back to stakeholders. Brand websites, emails, direct communications, trade shows, and social media accounts are the primary means of closing the loop in responding to stakeholder feedback. This response initiates further feedback, continuing the iterative process.
